It's easy to use
- At first you have to register
- You will receive an email with a link - you have to confirm your registration by clicking this link.
- After clicking this link you profile is activated and you are able to log in.
- Log in
- Edit your profile and upload a profile-image.
- Look around and start generating content - enjoy!
How to upload your profile-image
Log in with your emailaddress and password.
Click on Edit your Profile
Click on Profile Image
Browse through your computer, pick the image and upload it.
URL's in Posts: If you want to add an URL into a comment on DEAFidus wrap it in [url][/url] tags. This will turn the URL into a TinyURL.
If you click the 'link' icon just above the comment box it will put the tags in the box for you
Trackbacks: These are a way of commenting on someone elses profile, pictures and posts. The post is written on your own profile and links to the post/profile/picture you want to trackback. To trackback something look for this icon and click it 
Embed YouTube Video: You can embed YouTube Videos in comments using [youtube][/youtube] tags.
You need to put the YouTube video ID inbetween the two tags, you can get this by going to YouTube, finding the video you want to embed and grab the ID from the URL. The URL will look something like this
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qHc0VDdhXVQ
You need the end part qHc0VDdhXVQ
Enter it as follows: [youtube]qHc0VDdhXVQ[/youtube]
If you click the YouTube icon just above the comment box it will put the tags in the box for you
